Mayor Emanuel raises over $11M in re-election bid

CHICAGO — Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has raised more than $11 million in his re-election bid, with $6.4 million in the bank.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports (http://bit.ly/1DKqqvd ) that campaign finance reports show Emanuel spent $4.7 million in 2014’s final weeks. The Democrat was the first candidate on television.
