Ranked choice voting referendum passes Evanston City Council

After Reform for Illinois’ continued championing of ranked choice voting (RCV), Evanston City Council has officially voted in favor of putting the RCV referendum on ballots for voters this fall. RFI ED Alisa Kaplan spoke at the Evanston City Council meeting to support this push.
