RFI ED interviewed by WGN News about ranked choice voting push

RFI ED Alisa Kaplan was interviewed by WGN News about Evanston’s ranked choice voting referendum. 

“…It eliminates our really low-turnout municipal primaries. Primaries are famous for having low turnout – and what that means is you get a tiny slice of the electorate making big decisions for everyone else,” Kaplan said.
