RFI files ethics complaint over Lake County couple’s campaign finance violations

RFI has filed a complaint against Lake County Board member Michael Rummel for using a PAC instead of a candidate committee to support his reelection, enabling him to collect larger contributions from donors including the billionaire Uihlein family.
