RFI heads ongoing RCV efforts in Evanston

The Evanston RoundTable covered RFI’s efforts to appeal the RCV ruling. On the mindset behind the appeal, Board President David Melton commented:

“I feel like we are on the right side of history and the right side of the law and the right side of the facts,” he said. “That does not necessarily, unfortunately, determine how all cases come out. But we are hopeful.”
